I recently purchased your "Clearing Tonic" product after careful consideration among various brands. However, upon removing the foil seal, I discovered that the plastic underneath lacked a puncture hole. Despite my attempts to open the plastic seal with fingers, it became stuck to the bottle.
I promptly reached out to your customer service team, attaching a photo of the issue. In response, I received a suggestion to simply poke a hole in the plastic. While I understand the intent behind the suggestion, I was astonished by the lack of consideration for the inconvenience caused. Additionally, the absence of pre-punctured holes in the plastic, as seen in other cosmetic products, raises questions about the packaging quality.
When I requested either an exchange for a properly packaged "Clearing Tonic" or a full refund due to the defectiveness of the product, I was informed about the refund process. However, I was disappointed to learn that I would be responsible for the shipping costs, even though the reason for return is clearly due to a packaging defect.
